The Brooksie loyalty reward card isn't included in the beta. From what's been released to us so far, you should receive it when the full game launches on Friday.
NOTE: It's critical, though, that you register your PT 23 teams with the exact same username(s) and email address(es) that you used for the PT 22 team(s) which earned the Brooksie reward(s). If you don't, the PT 23 team can't be tied back to the 22 team, and you won't get the loyalty card.
