With the nonplayable league stats, the goalie starts will vary significantly by league; when something like that happens it's generally an indication that the goalies on the roster aren't quite good enough for the league, so it's more of a matter of seeing why that's happening than with the stat generation itself (and the goalie starts will almost never total up "properly" for all the goalies on the roster, they're not intended to - the games aren't actually being played, and it's assumed the team may also have other goalies on the roster that aren't depicted in the game.)
