My Big 2 Wants is

1. Ability to add AND remove leagues at any time in any game mode. The possibilities for dynasty reports would be endless. Turn the WHL into a pro league in the 1950s to compete with the NHL or in the standard game create a 8 team startup league to compete with the NHL like the XFL or USFL, also the ability to remove the league at any time as if it went defunct needs to be allowed.

2. I think Women's hockey would be an awesome addition, with the increase in women hires in scouts/staff they will need to be added eventually, and having small fully-fledged women's leagues with top talent would be a refreshing experience

Also please let us set up the salary cap/floor to automatically increase by X amount each year on July 1st
