Ahh, OK. I guess perhaps you set up your replay to NOT have minor leagues (I didn't know you could do that). Is there a way to set up a historical replay season with NO minor leagues, so that the season exists with ,say, all the FINAL players on each team's 53 roster, and one doesn't need to do historical trades, etc? I've been playing OOTP for years and never know you could do that?

After all this time and all these years playing OOTP, I never realized you could select "no minor leagues" and simply being a historical replay season with the exact players needed! So I deleted my created 53 season and recreated a new one, selected no minor leagues, and bingo...there is Joe Black on reserve roster! ON to my replay! THanks to you...
