Another trade for pitching

After the final game in Baltimore we brought an Oriole home with us and left one of ours behind as we swung this deal:

The details on Elvis (I'm going to have fun making Presley jokes):

He can be used as an impact reliever (75 stuff) or as a starter and with Pablo Lopez out he'll probably get a start or two to begin his Rays career. He was dominating in 6 appearances this year with the O's. Hoese meanwhile still had pretty good trade value but it was probably going to diminish as we've let him rot on the bench behind Crumpton and Scavone at the corners, so I was happy to cash him in for a live arm like Garcia's. Garcia will take Lopez's spot on the roster and 1B Michael Busch will come up from AAA Durham to take Hoese's. Busch is a former Dodgers prospect who's kind of become a AAA lifer at 30 with 50 contact, 50 power and a 60 eye and can field the position very well. He's just the kind of bland guy who looks like a central casting MLB backup.
