So the effect here will be, with 25 Draft rounds per year, that players will begin to settle at their appropriate levels for the most part. But, seeing as the quality is watered down a bit, some room will be left for the guys who were maybe on the fringe IRL to make it happen here. That's what I'll be on the search for as we progress. There'll be more of them early before this settling process has taken full effect, and I'll be ignoring most of these unless their performance is too good to let pass or sustained over a number of seasons.
