This is an Edmonton Elks logo I made a while back. Could have the Elk be the tie in to the city potentially.
Why did I go with the Elks? The area has the second highest density of hoofed mammals per square kilometre in the world behind only the African Serengeti. Also Elk Island National Park is a short 30 minute drive from downtown Edmonton, although it is more bison focused.
