I was originally rather stunned to see
nothing posted to the OOTP PT23 Twitter account about these issues so far but in hindsight, now I'm really not. I think many (if not most) people on the OOTP team have a full time job in addition to their work on the game. They may not have had an opportunity to even look into the problems yet.
We also may not have gotten an update yet because they're still trying to figure out how to best fix what's become an absolute mess of a launch. The new backend provider has clearly been a disaster. At this point, who knows, they may be trying to get a new one.
