Spring Training Begins Today
The CBO begins a week of last-minute fine-tuning to make final decisions about their 25-man roster, as well as determining who will play on their BMU and GBRL teams in the 2302 season. Each team will play six games over six days to see what they have before the regular season begins in a week.

The Nordhagen Beach Party Boys traded 32-year old minor league RF Matilde Moody to the Grand Hotel Atoms, getting 30-year old 2B Blake Eliasen and 23-year old minor league 1B Chris Moss in return.

The Slog Ghouls: Placed SP Bruce Iddings on the 60-day injured list.
The Brotherhood of Steel has reported that it has abandoned its search for Atom Cats RP Kyle Kyleson Jr. It is not known if Kyleson is alive, but there are no signs of him, alive or dead, within the vicinity of a super mutant attack that caused several deaths and missing persons in the caravan he was traveling with. The Atom Cats franchise has announced that it would honor Kyleson by retiring his #24 with hopes he can return.

The Slog Ghouls learned that they would be without SP Bruce Iddings for an extended time for an undisclosed personal leave. Iddings is expected to be put on the 60-day injured list with no report about when he is expected to return.

Lexington Synths: Placed SP Zach DiGrande on the 7-day injured list, retroactive to 03/09/2302.
The Abernathy Adamantium traded 23-year old minor league LF Eric Doll, 18-year old minor league 1B Dominant Phillips, and a 4th round draft pick to the Salem Witch Hats, getting 32-year old LHP Josh Hugs and a 6th round draft pick in return.
More on Bugwing: Reports are that Stoop Bugwing was a distraction to the team in his short time there after being traded from The Slog. Fellow teammates were already tired of Bugwing's antics, stating that he was a huge distraction after the Lexington Synths went 0-6 in the Nuka Cup Preseason Tournament. Apparently, Bugwing refused to travel back to Lexington with the team and then refused to give effort when he did join the team for practice. Several teammates voiced their displeasure, and then Bugwing was gone, allowed to participate more in the Nuka Cup Tournament with County Crossing.

The Lexington Synths traded 35-year old 3B Stoop Bugwing to the County Crossing Bloodbugs, getting 23-year old LHP Zach DiGrande and 21-year old minor league 3B Lo Enright in return.

The Easy Town Assaultrons are putting on the final touches for their home opener a month from today for what they are calling their Jumbo TRON. The Assaultrons team will display a giant cutout of their assaultron mascot, Easy Edie. In the midsection of the Easy Edie cutout, the Easy Town Field stadium will display a giant projector to display live replays from the televised games. It is the first of its kind in the CBO.
Easy Town co-owner and president, Deb Merchant, said she believes the Jumbo TRON will attract more fans to the stadium.
