Suffice it to say I'm disappointed that perhaps the most significant transaction in MLB history (with the Ruth trade second, of course) was an OOTP23 oversight. Now I'm naturally worried other historical transactions won't occur and playing a historical sim will be pointless.  |
Like several people have mentioned, there is one setting that would cause this, and that's the "Color Barrier" option under league rules.
