Yes, I do change many of the names in the save. It's been a couple of days, but I have finished the GBRL and CCYL's names lists. I now need to work on the Bradbedrton Boys League and Maine Youth Leagues. I'll edit the PJPL as soon as their preseason begins.
One thing I noticed is that my youth leagues have no seniors. I believe I needed more youth leagues or teams. Apparently all people who were senior or juniors became draft eligible. I think that is OK, but I may need to scale back the draft to 5 rounds again.
