Walkers news: May 15 -- St. Louis 8, Louisville 3

Down 1-0, St. Louis scored two runs in four straight innings -- fourth through the seventh -- to lead the way for an 8-3 win over Louisville at Dodger Stadium.
The victory gave the River Walkers wins in two of three games in the series and five of six in the home-and-home.
St. Louis went to work against Jason James in the top of the fourth beginning with back-to-back singles from Manuel Coke and Joe Allen to open the inning.
Coke, who had gone to third on Allen's hit, scored on a one-out fly ball by Mark Herman.
A Zach Wenman single then scored Allen to make it 2-1.
Joe Sprague connected for an RBI single off Walkers starter Kevin Hrdlicka in the bottom of the fourth to tie the game.
It didn't stay tied for long.
As Hrdlicka opened the top of the fifth with a single off James.
After a fly out, Jose Ramon drew a walk.
Coke drove them both home with a double.
The sixth featured a two-run homer by Ryan Wibbenmeyer, making the score 6-2.
Mark Herman connected on a two-run single off Cole Duensing in the seventh to make the 8-3 final.
Hrdlicka (3-2) lasted five innings, allowing two runs on four hits. He struck out six and walked four.
Frank Jimenez pitched two-thirds of an inning and gave up the final Louisville run.
Brett McVey got the final out of the sixth.
He did not return for the seventh because of a back injury.
Chris Willett, Kyle Smarr and Ron Cox all pitched scoreless innings to close out the win.
