Agustin Perdomo limited Quad City to one run on three hits over seven innings to help St. Louis defeat the Thunder 7-1 at Fenway Park (1976).
The only run Perdomo allowed came in the bottom of the second inning, Jim Waldron drove in Fontana Felitti, who had led off the inning with a single, with a two-out single to put the Thunder ahead 1-0.
For the game, Perdomo (4-3) struck out five and walked four.
St. Louis tied it in the top of the third against QC starter Benito Diaz.
Kerry Fackelman scored the run after reaching on a one-out single.
A Manuel Coke single move Fackelman to third.
He scored when Nick Shaw reached on an error by shortstop Jim Waldron.
The Walkers took the lead with a pair of runs in the fifth.
Reliever Andres Yanez was on the mound.
Ryan Wibbenmeyer doubled with one out.
He moved to third when catcher T.J. Latham allowed a passed ball.
Coke then drove Wibbenmeyer homer with a double.
Shaw made it two straight doubles, with his scoring Coke to make it 3-1.
St. Louis tallied two more times in the seventh.
Shaw collected another RBI when his single drove in the inning's first run.
Mark Herman plated the other with a double.
Coke capped the scoring in the ninth with a two-run homer off Aaron Boncek.
After Perdomo exited following the seventh inning, Brett McVey pitched a scoreless eighth.
Alex Rios loaded the bases in the ninth, but didn't allow a run.
