Walkers news: June 11 -- Springfield 4, St. Louis 3

Nelson Arreola shut out St. Louis into the seventh inning Vincent Villaviencio had three hits and drove in three runs as Springfield downed the River Walkers 4-3 at Oracle Park (2020).
Arreola (6-3) went a total of 6.1 innings, during which he allowed five singles while striking out four and walking two.
Arreola left with runners at first and second and two outs in the top of the seventh.
He had thrown 94 pitches.
Ron Tanner took over and got Ryan Wibbenmeyer to hit into a double play to end the jam.
The Railers got two of their runs off St. Louis starting pitcher Miguel Cisneros.
Luke Leto opened the bottom of the first by reaching on an error by Wibbenmeyer at second base.
He scored on a two-out double by Villaviencio.
Leto scored again in the third.
This time he singled off Cisneros with one out.
Villaviencio again drove him in, this time with a two-out single.
Springfield's final two runs came on back-to-back doubles from Joseph Hughes and Villaviencio off reliever Kyle Smarr in the seventh.
Villaviencio had to leave the game after his hit with a hamstring injury.
He is expected to miss up to three weeks.
St. Louis finally got on the board in the eighth on a two-run single by Manuel Coke off Carlos Sanchez.
Rich Dodson sliced the deficit to 4-3 with a pinch-hit lead-off homer off Jon Santiago in the ninth.
But Santiago retired the next three for his 20th save.
