My question was more about the MLB than the NeL guys. My experience is that a human run franchise in any long-term sim has a huge advantage in building a talent-rich organization. Yes, I 100% agree and this is my biggest issue with the game. I don't want it to be made harder, just smarter, which will then make it harder in a more organic way. I have so many house rules it isn't funny and yet look at this team dominate, which makes neither for the most exciting game nor thread. So I am really looking forward for when the salaries catch up to the budgets and when, as I said, I can make some of these other adjustments to increase the challenge.
