Hospital Summit
Over the next 24 hours, a number of visitors arrived at the hospital including team Owner Arthur Griffiths. Arthur expressed sympathy for the accident, and we had a good talk about how important our relationship is to the success of the team.
Arthur Griffiths: "I remember when I first interviewed you for the job, how you told me if I hired you, there'd only be two hands on-the-wheel, and they'd both be yours. I was surprised and impressed with how bold you were. But I decided right then and there to take a hands-off approach and let you do your job. Looking back, I think it was the right decision."
