Manuel Coke homered three times while going 5 for 5 to power St. Louis to a 14-3 win over Madison at Busch Stadium (2006).
Coke went deep in the second inning off Muskies starting pitcher Bryce Jaksic, a two-run shot, in the second inning.
He hit a two-run homer off reliever Bryant Adler in the fourth.
In the seventh, Coke hit a solo shot off Preston Brewer.
His other hits were singles in the first (off Jacksic) and sixth innings (off reliever Jonathan Herrada).
For the game, Coke was 5 for 5 with five runs scored and five RBIs.
He now has a MBL leading 53 homers and 144 RBIs for the season.
In the eight innings it batted, St. Louis scored in six of them.
The River Walkers scored each of the first four, building a 8-0 lead.
They then scored three in both the sixth and seventh.
Mark Waterson as 1 for 4 with a homer and three RBIs.
Mike Vaughan and Kerry Fackelman both had two hits and two RBIs.
Joe Allen was one for three and scored three runs.
Nick Shaw was two for four and also scored three times.
All the offense overshadowed the first quality start for Nate Simmons (1-1).
The 23-year-old left-hander went six innings, allowing three runs on eight hits. He struck out three and walked one.
Relievers Frank Jimenez (1.1 IP), Victor Roisles (0.2) and Chris Willett (1.0) combined to finish the lopsided win.
