Cannot access my 3rd user account

I set up a 3rd user account in Perfect Team 23 but did not get a verification confirmation email. Now I cannot delete or access this user. How do I delete this 3rd log-in and start again...or how do I request another confirmation email?

My first two log-in accounts are working fine.
