I have the Talent Change Randomness set to 125, so there are some jumps up and down throughout the league. I also set the Aging Speed to 1.25, and if I have that right, there may be a lot of dropoffs once players hit 30.
I can see a few stars of the beginning years beginning a decline. One example is Bryan Assman of Goodneighbor. He was the premier superstar for pretty much the first four years, but now he has dropped off. He is still OK, but his ratings dropped from 80 to 47 in just two years. His scouting numbers took a huge hit for 2302. Now, he might bounce back, but then again, he may be delegated to the minors or traded soon.
