If I had all the time in the world, I would write stories about the OOTP-initiated talent drops and spikes. There MUST be a story! Unfortunately, I have less time than all of it in the world.
Well, I even do not report most of the Fallout-based events these days. I still have and use my file. Just most of them do not make it to the reports. Sometimes, when I remember, I will report it. For example, Starlight's RP John Walden was severely injured by a mutant hound this week. Damn near lost his leg. He's out for the season with hopes for a return post-surgery in 2303. Roxbury's Whokill Poole had a run-in last week with a feral mongrel, but he was only injured for a few days.
