Looking at the file you uploaded, it's broken. Even the Backups are nothing. 95% of your files are 0KB's - which means something corrupted hard - and I don't think it's salvageable at all.

As jumpSeat said, if you have a Rollback on your PC, you could try that to see if you can recover your save file, but I'm not sure if that would even work. I don't believe Windows update should have done anything to it though.

However, if you're trying to generate a new game and getting those errors, you need to reinstall your game because something has been corrupted.
