I just added a minor league to my custom game and then used a quickstart to make the league unplayable, it didn't matter too much to me, just wanted someplace to send prospects besides a reserve list. Unfortunately, I'm trying to set the affiliations but it's not saving. I hit save and the affiliation reverts to none.
