You can actually do some cosmetic edits of the built-in parks. The texture files are in "Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Out of the Park Baseball 23\data\ballparks\models\citi_field" (the path is different if you bought direct from OOTP).

In particular, it looks like Alphablend_day.webp, Alphablend_night.webp, Stand_day.webp and Stand_night.webp are the files you'd want to modify. Just make sure to back up your changes outside of that folder because they'll get overwritten every time OOTP patches or updates itself. Off-hand I'm not sure what programs have support for .webp files, although I'd imagine there are plugins for your graphics program of choice if it doesn't have native support.
