On Saturday I created a Live Start 2022 league which took around 4 hours to load. I played on it for around 2 more hours. When closing it down OOTP/PC froze. Think it was PC not OOTP since the mouse was unresponsive. I turned off the PC and went to bed. This morning when I loaded OOTP, it started up like it was a fresh install and all of my settings went back to defaults. I had to re-do everything. Screen setup, game options, etc. I noticed that none of the backgrounds I use are showing up in Dark Skin. OOTP 23 background looks more like OOTP 18 vs 22 or how I had it. I can not figure out how to fix this. I am on Steam and I verified files about 2 hours ago and it had 75 errors. I think it fixed itself but my awards were reset which did still show up n the dark skin images folder up to earlier (before verifying it stopped showing up) I re-downloads dark skin and installed in twice today. I just put my awards back in, deleted skin.bin, and restarted OOTP but the screen still shows up as dark grey/light gray vs black. I have a black background loaded but it only shows up on certain screens.

Help me figure out how to fix my OOTP, please.

Edit: I thought I was having cmos/bios issues when it turned out my monitor flaked out. I bought a new monitor today. Every time i set it to 1920 x 1080 it reverts to 1904 x 1041, why?
