So I am just getting into the game, and I am getting the best coaches to make sure my team has the best coaches for hitting pitching, player development mechanics aging etc.

But my main question is, do I need to get some coaches to fill these slots in the minor league teams to ensure the best growth is happening? or does the player development from my major league team trickle down into the lower levels?

If the major league coaches have no effect, is it worth it to go and make sure player development is focused in my R / A / AA / AAA teams?
