I have found the issue with saving "Away" jerseys. Looks like it was affecting everything that wasn't the "Home" jersey, but it will be fixed in the next release.
Jerseys and uniforms have
always saved as .zip files, so I don't know what to tell you there. The .uni file is only generated when you save the entire uniform and is included in the .zip file along with all of the various images.
