If I could dream for a moment or two, it sure would be wonderful to be able to change the original league settings on an existing save. I'm talking about things like whether to draft players or just have them assigned to their original teams in historical mode.
I've got a well seasoned save where I'd love to make this switch, but alas the UI doesn't allow it.
