TRANSITIONED TO OOTP24

The PBA, concluding our 19th season, is searching for a new GM.
We're considered a fast paced league, running close to 5 seasons within a real-life calendar year.

We're a league of 24 teams, but have 1 franchise opening(s) at this time:

OOTP Version: OOTP 23 . 9. Build 102 (latest ver.)
Players, Teams : Fictional, 24 Team League
Sim Days: 5 times/week (M, T, Th, F & either Sat or Sun, 11am EDT)
Days Per Sim: 7 days
Current Season: November 2037, Post Season

Established: April 11, 2019
Opening Day: June 18, 2019
Rules & Settings: 1-100 Ratings Scale; Coaching & Scouts - Highly Accurate; DH in both leagues; Injury Level Low; Participation Point System; 4 levels of minors plus International Complex;
Stats+ for:
Constitution, Voting, Ammy Draft.
Constitutionally, we Switch Over To Latest OOTP Version in July

Here's some of our unique features & highlights:

16 of our members have been with us for over 10+ seasons
Export Seasons over 90% (12); Export Season's over 87% (15 of 19)
Through 19 completed seasons, we've had 11 different league champions, and only once have we had a back-to-back champion.
Going back to the inaugural season, every rule and setting in the Constitution was voted on.
A Partnership Program, where, based on tenure, you have a louder voice in the league.
A No Tanking Policy", to bring balance to the league based on past "Creative Owners" - which has had a very positive effect on the league, including bringing DOWN Revenue Sharing, and our most competitive seasons in league history!

What we're looking for is someone wants to:

an ability to remain active (i.e. exporting regularly & Slack Usage)

compete against the some of the best GM's in OOTP

work towards building a competitive and championship caliber franchise

wants to be with a feeling of community, fraternity, and fellowship

wants to be part of a REAL baseball experience

What you need to have:

latest and greatest version of OOTP

COMPUTER KNOWLEGE - an ability to follow instructions on how to setup a league on your computer (...2 potential GM's couldn't get past this step :shrug:

ability to learn / know how to use SLACK

a passion for baseball & general knowledge of baseball's administrative rules

You do not need to come to us with a cabinet full of trophies and accomplishments, just a willingness to compete, make new friends to banter with, and if you don't know OOTP league play an ability to ask questions.
We have a stable group of GM's that are willing to share tips, tricks, tactics, strategy's and overall knowledge of the game, league, and OOTP.

ALL league communication is done via SLACK.
