Houston Astros- need some TLC but have Mo Vaughn, Javier Vazquez, Cliff Floyd on active roseter with
Anaheim Angels- #15 in current power rankings. Troy O'Leary, Keith Foulke and Eric Gagne on MLB roster
Philadelphia Philliies- needs some TLC but have Todd Helton, Johnny Damon and Josh Hamilton in the MLB
Oakland A's- #8 minors system with Jason Bartlett, Jon Garland, and 4 top 100 prospects. Ken Caminiti, Brian McRai, and JD Drew in MLB
Cincinnati Reds- 18th in power rankings and need a little TLC. Tony Clark, Aaron Boone, David Justice and Bobby Abreu on MLB roster
Colorado Rockies- #4 minors system with Damion Easley, Rusty Greer and MLB roster and Juan Uribe and Carlos Pena is system
