So, I figured it out. Basically those files in the database are fine. But there are completely different files that have the 'nameless' results. I don't know which ones they are, but at startup of a new database, it has both the nameless ones *and* the correct ones for these fighters.
Solution appears to be to just delete the offending fighters in the game - the men only that is, 273031 for Nishida is actually needed - and go from there.
