I am looking for a way to create historical player draft pools that do NOT have 17- and 18-year-olds as 80/80 players. I would like 99% of all top prospects to require a significant amount of development instead of having a full 1/3 of the 65+ potential prospects available in the draft as already 40+ current rating.

I found how to import historical draft pools, but I do not know how to make sure the players imported into the draft pool are not overpowered (as I described above).

Could someone here direct me how to easily modify my draft pools without spending hours manually adjusting every player's current ability?
