SLIGO SLINGERS SLOW DOWN HOT ROLLING HILLS SWINGERS, EVEN THE SERIES AT ONE GAME APIECE IN PRO CUP SERIES
Sligo manager Les Patterson finally found someone to cool off the red-hot bats of the Rolling Hills Racers... his Rovers nicked the Racers 2-1 in game two of the best-of-seven IPA Pro Cup Series... Sligo is seeking their
second Pro Cup Trophy and would like nothing better than to win it for 84-year-old Patterson, who will retire at the end of this season after 24 seasons at the helm.. the Pro Cup Series is now tied at one game apiece... game
three will be in Rolling Hills on Tuesday... the Racers will be the home team for the next 3 games.
