They gave 20 million for a guy to get a .674 OPS, with more strikeouts than games played. Even his DWar was only 0.4, with 26 errors to go along with his .954 fielding percentage.
They paid 2.8 million for each win for Rodriguez.
Baez goes from arguably the best hitting park in MLB with a career OPS+ of 102, and already starting his decline phase...what did you think would happen? He's out of the league in three years.
