Thank you so much for replying. I was able to contact nielsoncp, but let me try to explain my requests.
1. Batter's Eye: For any stadium built after 2020, it must be at least 36 feet by 60 feet. I was thinking of a "live" wall like from Target Field, perhaps with seating above akin to what was added to Fenway Park's Green Monster.
2. The stadium has an open design, which is unique, but not realistic as they would want to contain any homeruns, etc. More outfield seating and/or a wall would solve this.
3. Most new stadiums have two jumbotrons, which usually has some advertisement and/or branding flanking them.
4. Team colors to adjust the walls, seats, etc. (Green #074F51, Orange #F58C29, Accent green #9FAFA3).
5. Player safety. Replace the right field wall with padded wall.
6. Local sponsors. Stadium name will be Columbia Sportswear Park. Local ads for Intel, US Bank, Wells Fargo, Adidas, Boeing. League ads for OOTP and eMLB. Any other MLB ads to fill any blanks:
MLB Sponsors.
7. The backdrop to the PDP stadium looks like a construction site, although that is likely what it currently looks like in the Portland Terminal docking area. The backdrop to the stadium you had dubbed Columbia Sportswear Park looks more picturesque and has a glimpse of Mount Hood.
8. "PDX" mowed into the outfield grass as you see on the PDP website.
