Was about as evenly matched as could be.
A's blew a 3-run lead in the 8th in game 1, we blew a 7-3 lead in game 2. We then won a routine 4-1 game and then dropped a 4-3 game when Bumbry struck out with the bases loaded and 2 out in the 9th.
Still 3 1/2 back, but we do have 25 to play. Wynn still shows out for 2 weeks so best case we will get him back with 9 games to go now.
