Was your attempts at checking on the Go app after the next server sim by any chance? Technically your submission from the desktop program will need to be simulated or advanced by the servers at least once to then have an export that your Go app would be able to download to reflect the new changes. The servers I believe are fast enough to catch sold players or players put up for sale but when it comes to roster changes those do require 1 simualtion to take effect.
