This is the easiest method, so let me walk you through it again.
Start your game.
Click on Settings.
Click on Troubleshooting.
Click on Open Customizable Data Folder.
Click on Saved Games.
Find the file you are having issues with. Right click on it. COPY.
Go to your desktop. Right click. PASTE.
The file will copy to your desktop.
Open the file. Hi-light graphics folder. Right click. Delete. Repeat this for import_export, rs_one, rs_two, settings, sound and temp.
Now. If you do not have a zip program,
download and install 7zip. When you have it installed, right click on that file you have on your desktop that is your game. You'll see an option for 7zip, and then "add to archive". Zip it. Now, go to something like Dropbox.com, and upload that file and either PM or email Jeff as listed above.
