ALL 8 CLUBS ARE STILL ALIVE IN THE IPA PRO CUP PLAYOFFS... BUT 3 ARE CLOSE TO EXTINCTION
Wynnamac, San Alejo and Tuckanarra have taken command of their IPA first-round postseason series... they are on top of the world and could be headed places... they are up three games to one and need just one more win to move on to the league title series... history tells us they are not likely to lose.

Wynnamac and Tuckanarra could have wrapped it up in 4-game sweeps, but the Glasco Foxhounds and the defending Pro Cup champion Rolling Hills Racers averted elimination with game-four victories... Glasco slowed down the Sundowners 3-0 and the Racers staved off the Tiger Cats 3-1... San Alejo drew closer to the TU title series with a 7-0 drubbing of the Mahaska Haymakers... and the Stoner Silver Sox evened their series with the Valka Blackhawks with a 6-4 triumph... the fifth game of each series is slated for Thursday.
