A team needs list for the trade block. I want to be able to tell the AI that I want prospects and draft picks, not aging veterans, as well as prioritize the position.

A "trade" button rather than having to edit which team a player is on in commissioner mode. I'd like to go to the trade screen in commissioner mode select two teams and hit trade. It would make manually updating the rosters so much faster!
Improvements to the 2D gameplay. I know you guys are working on making it better, but I still have to ask
. Some sort of graphic to look at rather than a box would be great, but there are mods for that, so keep focusing on how the AI behaves first.
Option to turn off financials. It may give artificial boosts in areas for the user, but honestly, I'm not a big fan of the whole system.
More involvement in the Harmony system. I'd like the ability to try to remedy team conflict without having to trade away a player. Maybe have the ability to discipline players personally for their actions and see if that helps first. That of course would mean there would need to be more details in each case.
