Hey everyone, hi Jeff! I've talked about this already in the discussion page but in my regular save with the Canadiens and after 2 seasons, I had a lot of off-ice incidents and cliques formed (I recall 7 incidents and maybe 10 cliques, sometimes 3 cliques formed in a single day).

My team harmony was in disruptive hostility almost all along, and the fan happiness is at its lowest because of those events.

And I tried to do something about it at first, traded players involved, got rid of the disruptive ones, but it kept happening with players that were supposed to have a "normal" personality.

I have many leaders in my team and had a 2nd decent season, making it to the playoffs so I thought things were getting better but as soon as I was eliminated in postseason, incidents and cliques again.

Other players said that they didn't experience this so I wonder if there's a hidden factor, something I don't take into account? Can I do something about it, disable the system or edit the players conflicts (haven't seen this in player edit with commissionner on)?

This save is getting frustrating because of that.
