If there's concern about the poor level of competition, then why not make the Federal League equivalent to a AAA league in OOTP, with appropriate talent and ratings modifiers? It might be a bit complicated and might not be entirely fair to Federal League players, but it's a better solution than excluding stats from the database.

I had the discussion with the powers that be, about it, earlier this year. Fed Leaguers' stats are not coming back to the DB that ships with the game. That ship appears to have sailed. That's why I put this together. Everything else is the default DB. It's just that with the Fed Leaguers put in. All of their stats show up in the Real Life Stats tab, so it's looking good so far.
