actual improvement extremely unlikely. sometimes it changes slightly cause of scouting and who is in charge. you might see a 50 instead of a 55 as an example.

but if someone has say 30 arm the chances of it ever going to 50 are extremely improbable.

The player has to be hit with random TCR which improves them other then that defense wont grow in the vast majority.

i am sure every player has an example or to but it is just not common occurence
