Beatle, I understand your frustration when the game isn't running correctly for you, however I can tell you for a fact Jeff is hard at work on the next update for FHM. The other issue is I don't think everyone is having the same issues as you unfortunately.
We have several testers who are on Windows 11, and I do not believe that they have encountered the same issues as you. That's not to say it's not possible, but I don't believe it's been brought up.
As for your Keyboard shortcuts issue, are you playing on a laptop or a desktop? Having to use the function key sounds more like it's on your keyboard rather than the game, as your keys are are set to their secondary commands, rather than F1-F12. I am running Windows 10 on a laptop myself, but my FN key is only used for their secondary commands. You may need to look into your settings to figure out a way to swap that.
