I'm on Windows 11. In my save, hovering does highlight players...the only problem I can see is that it gets light grey on white, maybe that's the problem?
Regarding the small print..."small" doesn't really mean much. What is your print like in OOTP? Can you show a screenshot? Maybe someone can help you. Did you try adjusting the scaling?
