Yep, the Racers won 12 pennants in a row 2060-2071... including 4 Pro Cup Trophies in 2060, 2062, 2067 and 2069... they lead the IPA with 8 Pro Cup Trophies.
IMO the second-best dynasty was the North Hills Hawks with 11 division crowns in 12 years with 4 Pro Cups... they won pennants 2034-2041 and 2043-2045... and Pro Cups 2034, 2036, 2038 and 2041... and North Hills lost in the Pro Cup Finals in 2043.
The Ozarka Naturals are the third-best dynasty with 10 pennants in 12 seasons... 2010-2021... but they never won a Pro Cup... 5 times they lost in the Pro Cup Finals. in 2011, 2012 2016, 2019 and 2020.
The Far Mountain Redhawks are really special, too... they captured 3 Pro Cups in a row, 2011-2013... and they lost in the Pro Cup Finals in 2009 in 7 games.
