Hey Hiya,
So you just need to select Nov 30th to get the latest player ratings. It doesn't have to be the exact date in real life used in the live start settings to at least reflect the latest live start updates.
However, I am reviewing that setup to make sure that's working at the moment. Something about the player ratings are not updating correctly when you don't include the standings update. And after you start up it's failing to allow you to update players' ratings so I'll work with the team to review that and see what happening.
