Pete Alexander is trying to make the Washington Monuments a winner, he is 4-0 with a 0.75 ERA in the young 1911 season. But what was interesting was in the 1910 Draft is he was picked #2. Manhattan had a chance to get him but went with the "Swede", Olaf Henricksen at the #1 pick. The outfielder had just 487 ABs in his MLB career.
