Ahhh you see Bradley my friend, by the Legacy Player rules he is under contract with us - and unable to be traded - until 1956. After the season he's just had and the win we've just locked down, the $90k salary he'll be getting in '51 is going to be somewhat easier to digest, especially with it being a blip and returning to a much more palatable $50k the following year.
One of your faves is about to make an appearance, although not automatically with us as I thought he would via those same Legacy Player rules. Still, we get a pretty good one joining us all the same.
