I'm utilising the tactical feedback system to make sure I'm playing to everyones strengths, I'm using Toby's advanced stats tool to make sure guys are performing to their abilities and it just leaves the question of....are these guys clicking on their lines?
The current hover mechanic and small dedicated box on the player page are just a very timid way of letting you know about what is (at least in the real world) a vital part of getting a team to click. So like you, I'd love to see some tweaks to this to reflect it's (hopeful) importance in the game engine.
I've always wondered though, why is chemistry not reciprocal? Is that not a strange concept that someone may have great chemistry with someone else who may only have 'slight' chemistry in return. I have always thought of chemistry as a synergy between two things and not a one way street.
I'd love to know Jeff's take on the chemistry system in it's current incarnation.

I wonder if it's the game's way of representing a benefit to the player? So maybe one player benefits more from chemistry than the other one does?
