Charlie Stis (stis--002cha on Baseball-Reference) had a roughly ten year stint in the minors playing and managing, from 1906 to 1917 (plus a few years later on). He was also a scout for the St. Louis Browns for many years, and then managed the Racine Belles in 1945. (He didn't last the season, as he was replaced in July.) He played for the St. Louis Terriers in the Federal League in 1913. As I don't see a photo of him posted, here is one from the 1907 Butte Miners team photo.
